The problem
Results, attendance, fees and communication each lived in a different system, two of them paper-based. Parents called the office for information that should have been self-service, and fee arrears were discovered late because reconciliation took a week.
What we did
- Consolidated the five systems behind one authenticated portal with role-based views for staff, students and parents.
- Built fee statements, payment plans and reminders that update the moment a payment lands.
- Added attendance and results publishing so parents see progress without phoning the office.
- Introduced single sign-on and enforced strong authentication across all staff accounts.
- Migrated twelve years of historical records with reconciliation against the old ledgers.
